Rum (dark)

Dark rum is a rich, full-bodied spirit aged in heavily charred oak barrels, lending its deep amber colour and complex flavour profile of caramel, molasses, toffee, vanilla, and warm spice. Sweeter and more robust than white rum, it shines in classic cocktails like the Dark N Stormy and rum punch, and is equally enjoyable sipped neat or over ice.
