Gin

Gin is a juniper-forward distilled spirit with roots in 17th century Holland. It begins as a neutral grain spirit which is then redistilled or compounded with botanicals — the most prominent being juniper berries, alongside any combination of coriander, angelica root, citrus peel, cardamom, and more. Styles range from the crisp, dry London Dry to the sweeter Old Tom and the malt-forward Genever. Essential in the Martini, Negroni, and Gin & Tonic.
