A vibrant, mint-and-spice Fernet Branca variation created by Chad Owen in 2014 at the Manifesto speakeasy. Eponymously named after Ernest Hemingway’s 1929 novel, this version acts as a "Fernet Daiquiri." The sweetness of the falernum and the brightness of the fresh lime cut through the aggressive bitterness of the Fernet, leaving a beautifully spiced, complex drink.
