Yellow Chartruese

Yellow Chartruese

Yellow Chartreuse is a 43% ABV (86 proof) French herbal liqueur produced by Carthusian monks since 1840. It is milder, sweeter, and more approachable than Green Chartreuse, featuring a distinct, intense yellow color with tasting notes of honey, citrus, anise, and saffron. Made from 130 herbs and botanicals, it is often sipped or used in cocktails like the "Naked and Famous". Fresh, spicy, and notably sweeter than the green variety. Key notes include turmeric, citrus, anise (licorice), violet, and honey.

Not used in any cocktails yet.
