Amaro Nonino Quintessentia is a refined, elegant Italian amaro produced by the Nonino family distillery in Friuli since 1992. Unusually, it is based on aged grappa rather than neutral spirit, giving it a distinctly smooth and sophisticated character. Infused with a blend of herbs, spices, and botanicals including gentian, licorice, saffron, and sweet and bitter orange, it delivers a beautifully balanced bittersweet profile with notes of dried fruit, honey, vanilla, and warm spice. A key ingredient in the Paper Plane cocktail.
