Montenegro

Amaro Montenegro is a beloved Italian herbal liqueur produced in Bologna since 1885, named in honour of Princess Elena of Montenegro. It is made from a blend of 40 botanicals including vanilla, orange peel, eucalyptus, and coriander, resulting in a beautifully balanced amaro that is less bitter than many of its counterparts — sweet, floral, and gently spiced with a warm, lingering finish. It is wonderful sipped neat, over ice, or as a sophisticated modifier in cocktails.
