Prosecco

Prosecco

Prosecco is an Italian sparkling wine produced primarily in the Veneto region from the Glera grape. Made using the Charmat method — where secondary fermentation occurs in pressurised tanks rather than individual bottles — it is typically lighter, fruitier, and more approachable than Champagne, with notes of green apple, pear, white peach, and cream. It is the key ingredient in the Aperol Spritz and Bellini, and is equally enjoyable on its own.
