Bourbon

Bourbon

Bourbon is an American oak-aged whiskey made from a mash of at least 51% corn, giving it a naturally sweet, full-bodied character with notes of vanilla, caramel, toasted oak, and warm spice. By law it must be aged in new charred oak barrels and bottled at no less than 80 proof. A cornerstone of classic cocktails like the Old Fashioned, Whiskey Sour, and Mint Julep.
